* A minimum stay of 1 week (7 days) during June through August is required at $400 per night. If available, $450 per night for 4-7 days and $500 per night for 2-3 day rental (during the season).

*Off season rates are $350 a night for a mininum of 3 days and $400 a night for less then 3 days (only when available). Holidays and social events may be more.

Cleaning Policy

Please choose one of the following choices for the check out procedure.

A)	Wash the linens, towels and fold them, wash dishes in the dishwasher, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, kitchen, oven, stove, microwave, vacuum, dust...etc. Please leave the house like you found it. We have cleaning supplies in the house in the hall closet.
B)	If you do not wish to clean the house upon your check out, there is a cleaning charge of $125.00. We will supply the cleaning. If the house is left in the need of excessive cleaning, a charge of $25.00 per hour may be charged to you.

A fenced and secure dog area is provided and an igloo doghouse is available in the back yard next to the garage. Dogs are not allowed inside the house at any time under any circumstances. We have vacationeers who have allergies to cats and dogs. A $500.00 dog deposit is required and is refundable providing the dog has not been inside the house.

Check-in at 3:00PM and check-out at 10:00AM

$500 refundable security by personal check or credit card. A short term rental agreement will need to be filled out and signed by lessee.
